Royal Westminster Lodge
The works are coming to an end here at Royal Westminster Lodge, this weekend we were onsite carrying out the last few items, this included introducing firestopping to voids within the substrate, then applying a cementitious spray system to encapsulate. Works are progressing well onsite; We are continuing the installation of the ceiling sub grid in preparation for the new MF ceilings, introducing fire lining to the structural steel columns and beams, installing new drainage runs in the basement and laying the blockwork walls to divide the units. Bedford Riverside
