Collins have started works here in Royal Avenue and are currently erecting scaffold & temporary roof to 3no townhouses, located within the square.
Royal Avenue is an exclusive square in the highly sought after borough of Kensington and Chelsea which was designed by Sir Christopher Wren (The architect behind St Paul’s Cathedral) on behalf of William III in the 1690’s as part of a proposed carriageway linking the Royal Hospital to Kensington Palace.
According to sources online, Royal Avenue was also the fictional home of James Bond.
Our works will include the following:
- Asbestos R&D survey
- Replacement of traditional London roofs
- Liquid roofing (Proteus system) to flat roofs.
- Timber & window repairs
- Velux window replacements
- External masonry repairs
- External redecorations
We look forward to sharing updates of this project in due course, along with another project located further along the street, scheduled to start later in the month.
