Collins are delighted to have commenced work on the external refurbishment to this luxury Grade I Listed Building located in South-west London.
Roehampton House is over 300 years old and comes with an extension history spanning from its original construction in 1710 by Thomas Archer, to being converted for the use of a hospital in 1915, later hit twice by bombs during World War II, to fast forwarding many years to 2010, where this large development was then converted into an exceptional collection of 24 apartments and houses.
Collins have great experience working on historic properties and will be undertaking the works in strict accordance with the Listed Building Consent in place.
We look forward to sharing updates, as works progress.
