We are pleased to be approaching completion of the retaining wall rebuild at Ashworth Mansions, Maida Vale.
Structurally the retaining wall was no longer suitable, being held up via propping in sections.
We were instructed to carry out the deconstruction along with a specified rebuild as per the engineer’s drawings.
In addition, we are carrying out various structural improvements across the block, so look out for further updates as the project progresses.
