We have just completed the extensive refurbishment to the external facades of this Grade II Listed building’ residential property, located in North West London.
Jenner Court has an amazing history and was previously known as ‘The Colindale Hospital’ and was opened in 1898 as an asylum for the long-term sick of Central London, some years later and surviving 2 World Wars (despite a number of bomb attacks) the hospital closed in the 1990’s and was redeveloped into residential apartments in the early 2000’s.
Collins were delighted to transform this tired looking building back to its former glory. Our woks included the following:
- Scaffolding
- Doff cleaning
- Masonry and stone work repairs
- Timber restorations
- Roof repairs
- Reline of all rainwater goods
- Complete external decorations
